    Cheers apples looking forward to it..I do hold a few reits, now just waiting for the turnaround and believe we'll start to see improvements later this year.I think vpg will be one of those companies that we'll look back and say wow i wish bought under 10cents but i do have a longer term goal in all my holdings. Good to hear from you again ...
