guys, don't be so superficial.
if you want to know why vpg hasn't moved consider that
1. the sales were done at a horrendous 9.4% cap rate and 14% discount to the book.
2. they made no general statements re compliance with debt covenants, agreement with lenders re debt covenants for next year etc. once again shareholders are completely in limbo.
a useless and desparate announcement if you ask me. kiss my balls if you call me a downramper for stating the facts.
