    Good point, let's not forget about Kimco. They are owed $200m.
    McCabe and Kimco are alone owed over 4 times Valad market cap.
    The funds raised you mention are for third party investment funds, not on balance sheet ie not in NTA.
    Other concern will be goodwill writedowns on Scarborough business acq.
