I guess they had to make the hard decision to preserve cash and strengthen their balance sheets in order to satisfy the needs of their banks over shareholders, keeping in mind we have no idea what's around the corner or when things will recover.
The lesser of two evils perhaps i think it sends a responsible message and was not a mistake
