poet plus i dont agree AVB should be acting a st the tough guy. As an example i own BPT which is negotiating with STO for a GSA, BPT has the gas, Santos desperately need it, yet BPT which is almost a 2 billion market company is not pushing STO and fully recognise they are the bigger company and will finalise the deal in their own time, theyhave been waiting for 1.5 years, so in AVBs case, i think good relationships are far more important than 1 million dollars paid on time.
i am also not sure that chasing the funds would be percevied as a sign of strength, more likely to be seen as arrogance or at the vry least a mamagment team that dont understand the importance of big pojects
