vale agreement - clarification, page-2

I must have been talking to Scott as you were typing VOM.
As expected , the 1 mil is owed but the terms are being renegotiated as explained at AGM . Avb dont want to jeopardise their relationship with Vale by insisting on this or that while Vale have such a huge project on the go . The money will come for TN.

The important thing is the option is well and truly still current and we own 25 % of a project that Vale will develop . Assays imminent. Tp back in Perth on a week.
