Good find Kalenn it all helps right? Some great posts and thanks to those with direct mining experience for their thoughts. I have to agree with Simonhhh that they are opinions only until proven right, negative or positive. I certainly would not make any investment decisions based on them. Most of my negative market experiences have been from bailing on stocks too early and missing out big time, but as Newland says it can go both ways logically.
Just a thought to insto's which I think GA eluded to. They may be looking for a trigger to get involved and would probably be influenced by the Bell Potter and Argonaut analysts assumptions of 600kt ( looking good ) and 10mil min from Vale ( should get some clarification about that soon from TP )If the above is met then 17c val from both.
As CW said TP wants to build a miner and I hope he does as it will probably represent the best chance of high returns. If all else failed and the Co drilled away its cash for say 800kt to 1mt ( being highly prospective land holdings ) and with 1mt = 1 yrs world Cu demand ( from memory ) wouldnt the inground value be reasonable and sought after by majors especially with Cu being a finite and supply constricted resouce? If any of the mining experienced could respond I would appreciate it on this assumption.
The above are just my opinions and questions, I remain by nature a cup half full AVB holder. GLTA
