My gut feel says - level of dilution and expansion of risk profile due to over reaching cash resouces and management being spread too thin all culminating in a huge set back in potential realisation of value for existing shareholders ie looks like this ones for the bottom draw or come back in a year or two. AIMHO but would expect big adjustment today.#$%^!
