TN is a bit up in the air. The company has stated there are some "irregularities" and they have lodged appeals etc. (can be verified on the DNPM website)

My understanding around tenement rights in Brasil in general is that it is very hard to lose a tenement if you as the holder pursue your rights in court. Given this tenement will one day be worth considerable money, I am confident AVB would be quietly getting on about the job of retaining their rights whilst not taking their eye off the ball...i.e. securing financing, expected within 4 weeks, that will arrive long before any resolution to the TN story...all IMO.

TN will hopefully be a juicy bonus one day but it is not in the current game play. Finance of course is where it is at.
