There is no doubt after reading some of the material that the US has changed to being on the front step and will ignore all treaties that do not suit it.We will see it using weapons that we thought would never be used.Bush has torn up many agreements and now has a free hand to do whatever comes into his or Rumsfelds mind.This also goes for the 'enimies of the US' who will also use all weapons they can lay their hands on,biological or nuclear.China will take the opportunity to tidy up its territory,Taiwan.Russia may quickly form a coalition to defend itself.Australia has already fell in line behind the US.UK has no choice.Europe may pick up the money if they sit on the sidelines like the US did in WW2.
