SDL I believe has a cost around $22 per tonne, plus shipping cost , which will depend on which market they send the iron ore too.
China with a cost depending on size of ship, $15 to $25 per tonne on top.
Europe or Arab States I don't know the shipping cost but would imagine around $8 to $10 per tonne.
Debt Funding I believe around $15 per tonne for however many years it takes to repay debt. That will depend on iron ore selling price. If around $100 per tonne it would take around 4 years I believe.
RIO and BHP, I don't believe include their shipping cost's in the figures they announce of around $22 to $32 per tonne. They also do not include I believe their debt funding costs.
SDL on World costing graphs I have seen are lower cost than RIO and BHP.

Now, that's what is called "rubbery figures". It assumes so many best case outcomes regarding, cost and consequences of funding, dilution, zero geopolitical issues and much more.
