Grange's opposition is Vale for DR Pellets. It is shipped from the other side of the world from Brazil. If freight decreases from Brazil to Asia it does make Grange a little less attractive. However, if Vale increases the price of iron ore from those freight savings it can only make Grange "very" attractive.
It guarantees high costs from Brazil regardless of any temporary decrease in shipping costs.
Grange's shipping distance is a third of Vales.
