What a great company AVB is they have lots of good thing happening all at the same time.
They have now Vale drilling for iron ore on their property and possible getting between $10 to $40 million out of this deal.
And they are having now 6 drill rigs drilling for copper right now.
Plenty of value being unlocked now at a fast rate and I expect the shareprice to act accordingly.
