    I can see the benefit of early cash for AVB PP. But if it such a good deal for both Vale and AVB, why wouldn't Vale payout the full $40M and generate more goodwill? Not sure AVB should give up any ongoing rights to copper or other minerals apart from iron ore if that's what you meant either.
