don't forget that EMR hold 100% of the plot(EP - 405-6) next to Stokes Bay and Valentine.
If they find even a hint of gas or oil in the two wells, the value of EP-405-6 will increase expotentially. ARQ will most likely farm into the block based on their recent interest in the Canning Basin.
