Actually miso means "I hate" in Greek. It's short for something else but the Greek meaning is becoming increasingly apt.
But seriously on Valentine's day I was trying to work out why the lawsuit settlement still stank so much when it dawned on me what an incredibly poor job had been done. It's one thing to(panic and)finally accept an offer, but what went on in the meeting which resulted in such a low settlement? Why do we always have to accept that the details are confidential? We deserve a transcript of the meeting.
As for demanding an EGM I can only hope shareholders with a better knowledge of procedure can get involved, as happened with CVI recently. Someone should start an Unofficial Biota website where we can freely communicate, and work out how much Biota we control.
