True but what Valeo is announcing is a technical bREAK through or Development which will not go commercial until 2024. Until they are actually producing the commercial product it is entirely reasonable for there to be a range of incomplete negotiations with suppliers and producers of the component parts.
There is an exception under the ASX Rules for continuous disclosure covering incomplete negotiations.
Therefore absence of an announcement does not exclude or confirm the use of AKIDA technology.
