..MAY didn’t burn much cash last Qtr..about 1.5m left...so they would have funds to participate....so first idea better ....small placement to dilute them down to 25%....and make it just that much harder to get the numbers and MEL probably comes out square at the end of the day because the BYEs will appreciate to cover the raise. In time they could perhaps distribute a further million to offset the dilution...only if MAYs off the register of course..
