I have forgotten, can you please explain the connection between sentry and medina, which is supposed to be the JV partner.
If medina is a subsidiary of sentry then MHL is basically wasting its time, and my original questioning of the proposed deal was correct. If MHL management were serious then they would not be venturing with this tin pot shell company. If they are then it means that there are side deals being done for MHL's management to access the benefits of the tenements through other vehicles.
