    1) Agree, and I doubt contract was at time of creation/ is illegal,

    2)Have not read in full, but based on my understanding agree as well

    3) Agree, we have yet to and may not see this information forthcoming. But if this is because of a 'gag' clause in the deal then there may be an issue as to legality imho. I think if this is the case then CTP shareholders may have a leg to stand on.
