    What material cost overruns?

    Have you seen the invoicing or accounts?

    They never flow tested the well which was budgeted, so in fact, they won't have spent the allotted amount for Winx. So no overrun, a saving.

    More fibs attempting to down ramp and cast doubt, from the former Chief Ramper.
