wonder how much cash Vallenar has in order to keep afloat? ADY would not have much to transfer across.
Maybe Prior has become a director of Vallenar in order to facilitate the company closure/sale?
Need to wait until he returns and chats to shareholders for a status report as official announcements appear unlikely.
