Well the MNM MC is current $10m so lets say that the gold/silver is worth $2-3m. that leaves $5-6m for all the coal assets including the 50/50 JV with Exergen at BM, the JORC resource in the LV and the large tenement areas surrounding the S7 allocation are and of course MtM. Considering Exergen paid 10% for one round of drilling at BM that would have to be the bargain of the century for Exergen. If I were on the Exergen board this would be a no-brainer.
