That's what I thought. 50 trillion Valleyarm downloads = 50 trillion X zero $ = ZERO dollars for Valleyarm.

Valleyarm is like the milk truck that delivers milk to shops. Shops are BigPond, Itunes, Nokia, etc. Milk companies (artists) pay milk truck (valleyarm) to delivery the milk (digital music) to the shops.

So... the milk truck doesn't get paid buy the number of milk sold buy the shops, rather how many milk companies pay them to deliver it.

So would the shops Coles, Wollies, IGA be considerd partners of the milk truck?

NO.

So why would BigPond, Nokia, Itunes be considerd 'partners' of Valleyarm?

There NOT

Again IMHO Valleyarm revenue will come from events utilising the members. Unless they change there 100% to the artist policy.

This may not appeal as a big money earner but the SP is HALF A CENT... and should be worth more IMO
