    The analyst reports on the IPM website www.incrementalpetroleum.com are touting a price target 40-60% higher than currently.

    Plus I note that Paradice Investment have taken a position in the stock. Paradice are conservative in their investment approach but back winners.

    Frustrating this thing is not moving up...but it will just take time for news to impact positively.
