valuation 2.10 without the mill

By my calcs, with the recent sale and fundraising activities, Gunns have some cash value of approx 90 - 95% of current share value!

Last reported asset backing value was some $2.10 p/share, by my calcs again.

But please do own research.

In summary, THIS comp has some serious catcing up to do!

The mill appears to be full steam to funding phase. Imo, can't see THIS value even considered in the current share price.
Maybe when we're back up over the $3 mark, we'll be getting close.
