"Not sure how this valuation is determined. When I first looked at this company all they had was HER-Vaxx with IP rites and hadn’t even started the phase 1 trial and the company was valued at 10 mil. The valuation at that time was 4c.
Since then, they have completed the phase 1 trial with positive results and are now conducting phase 2. They have tweaked this vaccine and recently gained the IP rites out to 2036 in the largest market. They have acquired an arginine modulator in which studies have shown significant activity in a melanoma model. Licensed HER1, HER2, HER3, VEGF, IGF-1R, CD28, combinations thereof and the PD-1 cancer vaccine from OSU and Mayo. Licensed CF-33 from Professor Fong which was shown effective in all cancer models studied.
What else would this company need. I’d say a world class Board and Scientific Advisory Board and money in the bank. Tick. Tick, Tick.
I rest my case. Well, not quite. Some are going to say we have too many shares and it is a speculative stock. I’m taking my chances, albeit with a holding which I wish was very much bigger. DYOR."

- PD1-Vaxx to be trialled in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), conducted at up to 6 sites in North America and Australia, under a U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Investigational New Drug (IND) application.

Market interest (and demand) starting to visibly increase now, with 57m on Buy side vs 41m on the Sell side...

Not long to go now before a deluge of information is released by the company on multiple vaccine fronts. Exciting times ahead!
