Yes Cara, and he had another disclosure today for another 2%. I just checked his trading history for the month and found he has accumulated a total increase of 33% just for the month of January. These are accumulations over many buy transactions and not just one big transaction.
Note that although Otto and Trans-Asia are partners in Cinco and Duhat, Trans-asia has other exploration projects which are different from Otto. But Cinco is the acknowledged game-changer for both companies.
