Ditto. I am disgusted that independent Directors can recommend this takeover offer. Also agree that the IER is lacking, obviously influenced by GCG - to not state the value per share of the franking credits, and to not consider that the GCG integration is early days and that EPS growth is likely, and to not try and model an upside scenario for that EPS growth.

It is pretty clear that some major shareholders are exerting influence, asd they have the right to, but that the Directors are not acting in the best intetests of all shareholders.

This is giving up on a strategy in the early days.
