HI @Lfc786
WKT has a cornerstone investor who is our largest shareholder. They are our engineering partner who will be building the plant.
The Top 50 shareholders actually own more than 50% of the company.
Don't be confused with the Top 20 list you now see today as management IMO were ill advised and went and made that change recently. Management have there reasons and IMO those reasons do not align with that of shareholders especially that of the T40 Network. It will be an issue that will be raised at the shareholder forums next week.
Don't be mistaken by the Top 20 list only holding 30% of the company fearing the worst upon first impressions. This is something I have addressed with TB. So my apologies that your first impression has been skewed negatively upon the tightness of the share registry with the Top shareholder list change, you are not alone.
IMO potential investors running an eye over WKT could and would get the wrong impression of the register and jump to the wrong conclusion. This was always going to be a casualty of the list change along with missing out on other positive benefits that have been highlighted to TB.
The Top 40 Group has morphed int0 a Top 40 Network and a majority of us larger holders are now all connected. More importantly they are all very much aware of the fundamentals of WKT and see the enormous growth potential through to dividend streams in the future.
Our registry is TIGHT and much tighter than first impressions will ever be.
The shareholders on HC fully comprehend and understand the significance of the companies fundamentals and we do have T40s posting and watching the forum.
WKT shareholder base is a RETAIL base with a lot of Mum and Dad investors who hold less than 50% of the company. WKT when we get into production will have a profound effect on their lives and the posts I have contributed over the last 12 months is to create awareness, be educational, provide a better understanding of the company and the fundamentals of the project and Graphite/Graphene.
We do not need to UPRAMP the project or fundamentals of the company.
Its all FACTS - No ramping required.
Some of your commentary suggests more understanding of the company and the project, the graphite deposit, the Graphite we are producing as a product, indicates more research is required at your end to truly see what WKT has to offer. If you don't, you will miss out on a life changing opportunity.
One should not compare WKT to other Graphite Plays out there and don't get fixated on the Jorc size.
We have superior grade for LOM, fantastic flake size distribution, brilliant flake expansion ratios, very good purities and recovery rates. The Lindi Jumbo deposit is WORLD CLASS.
Its a lot to learn and understand, however it is worth the effort.
I would recommend (if you have the time) go back to when WKT received her Mining Licence (30 Aug 2018).
I am currently in Perth ATM if your in Perth and if anyone wishes to catch up for a chat your welcome to email myself and arrange a catch up before the shareholder forum.
