I remember reading Hartley's back in Nov 2011 where it stated it's 6-month target price of $0.116 which only leaves another couple of months to go. Now they come out with this report for target price of $0.12 for the next 6 months. I'm sure if they keep coming out with these reports with similar target price every few months they will eventually hit the target. IMO
