The posters I consider really dangerous are those that claim to be in the know, and promise 'big things' without being specific.

I always enjoy reading posts where people discuss the potential of a stock of various outcomes, even if there are practical hurdles to get there.
That is the main reason I like HC - to read about potential, and recognize it before others do.

propping - yes probably not 'legitimate', maybe I should have said 'widely practiced'. There is barely a stock on the market that doesnt have a large prop bid below the market. I think even Key had a 250k prop at 6.5c last week.

Of course the prop bids on a hot stock are much more transient, and I think we all expect many of those bids to fall away in time, but hopefully, they will have been replaced by numerous smaller genuine bids, as the wider market recognizes the value that the 'I have a dream' investors and longer term holders hope will eventuate from the well test.
