Can't add anything of value here unfortunately.

Only know the basics about shorting but surely a shorter can't buy the shorted shares back on a dual listed exchange other than the one on which they took the short out? May have to do some reading.

I have been expecting a short covering rally, the drop today and the decreasing short percentage has me baffled.

I don't really understand why there is this 4 day gap in reporting short volumes, it doesn't make for a very transparent market.
