Yep, still holding my principal place of residence, just feel the Property market is too high!! Also, I am absolutely convinced on PAR and the capital growth it has to offer when not if, the revenues start coming in. I am a little crazy but not as much as when I started trading on the ASX casino in 2007.
PAR is my only LT hold.... all or nothing here for me both in my SMSF and personal. courage or stupidity?! Let's see.
