Yes, just to be clear, the properties had mortgages on them, proceeds re- invested in PAR. Nevertheless, I am all in with PAR.
I cannot see PAR failing, unless a competitor comes in and spoils the progress. Once all approvals are passed, commercialisation commences, and revenues stream in, PAR will be multiplies of where we are now. Risky?? Sure. So is buying shares in Westpac!! But buying now is safer than buying at $30 in the future. I am 100% convinced of the success of PAR when considering all facts on hand.
