Ceviche, that would be the retail price to uninsured U.S. end-consumers who buy online, rather than pay sky-high prices from a US pharmacy. I very much doubt that the cost to PAR of a full course of injections would be more than $50, plus a further $30 or so for the Bene 2% royalty payment. So, based on the 'indicative' pricing provided to investors as part of the AGM pack, potential margins would be very high indeed.
Interesting that the advertisement states that the Elmiron they're selling was manufactured in Australia.
