As mentioned in the charts treat, $4 seems to be a psychological hurdle. I am not surprised actually, we had similar situations before $2 and $3. I'd expect those dollar jumps to be relevant up until a SP of ~$10. Of course such a valuation should be backed up with crucial news which we are all waiting for.
