I think it is CI.
I suggest that DELAY is a fundamental aspect of valuation and price recovery, and here rather than 51capital is the right place to discuss.

Our key market and presumably base for trials is USA, at the very least it is FDA, although there is an outside chane of something happening with TGA (but i am thinking 4Q or 1Q2021 now).
So if you want a baseline for delay go to this site

scroll to Daily New Cases in the United States
and wait until it flattens for a 14 day period and you know the minimum delay when that happens.
Right now it looks to me like 10 weeks before it will drop from exponential to linear growth.
SO If we are lucky maybe 20 weeks delay?
