I was actually being a little flippant when I responded, but you and GG are right...its' easy for us to get bogged down in negatives..we demand our SP to go up and up to perpetuity and we cry when it goes down...we as humans are a greedy lot, forgetting our manners and forgetting such good acts and deeds that others do for us. Hey, I'm guilty as charged too... A love letter isn't such a bad thing, feedback for them...they KNOW they are on the right track...they KNOW the beautiful results the are getting and what it is doing to people's lives, changing for the better...they KNOW the result set that the SAS patients to date are filing...but it doesn't hurt to occasionally pass on some good feedback does it? You are right, I'm not just talking PAR now...Im talking generally too.
