    If an offer comes in I would like to see the fundamental justification for the price offered. I.e. I don't want to see a " 100% higher than the current Market Cap" as justification. I'd like to see projections, risk of failure Net present value etc. As we all know SP doesn't equate to the inherent value of a company.
