    Just dissappointed with the management GJ and GC.
    I did email to Jill regarding to put the company on Trading Halt now until we got the status for Term sheet.
    But that fall on deaf ears.

    The shares price either been manipulated by insiders for the financial gain at the expense of LT shareholders.
