and not a cent to fund the building of any of the above

so where does 81c come from?

a magical world where a JV partner emerges? one who agrees to front up $5b for a 70% stake, when $6.5b would get the entire company... and could you imagine the cost blow outs if a non-chinese JV was to oversee the construction of the port, mine and rail? oh, and this is all assuming a bank or some other entity would provide the $6.5b, which they most definitely wont...

im a buy around the 30c mark, as i was a few months ago and banked an 18% trade...
