One big issue if we do have a delay is that the Chinese New Year holiday season, which starts the following week after the supposed vote date, will just further delay this by another month at least. So we need to just say enough is enough if we get another delay!

Just take the pitiful break fee and lets move on.....not sure what we are moving on to but this is where management needs to start working hard to increase shareholder value.
