PLS is still waiting for the Works Approval to begin on‐site construction.PLS also advised that the plant has been trucked to site as approval is expected in June.
In their June 2015 presentation, PLS advised that $7m of the $8m for the project had
already been spent.
It all revolves around the dreaded permit !!!!
