I agree Cymon, and get the original point being made regarding how positive the market will respond to TT getting up and the all important first receipts. As the June 2o date for permits seems assured and is known rudely we will probably have a rum up to this date. How big don't know but as sure as night turns to day there'll be a sell down shortly afterward.
Elephant in the room very shortly could be feedback from one of five 'samplees'. That will surely fire things up and aligns with PFs comments re 20 weeks imo
