For what its worth, in 2013 there were 13000 mitral valve repair procedures and 3300 chd procedures with the word 'patch' performed and reported on a US based database. That could be 3300 small and 13000 larger cardiocel patches sold in 12 months. With other regions (europe, Asia, canada etc) and optimistically complete acceptance of cardiocel by the surgeons ( very optimistically on this point) selling 20 000 patches per region is Definately achivable and 100 000 world wide is as well. And that is only for two procedures. Add other vascular and general surgical procedures and 200 000 units pa is do able. All in good time.
