Thank you for your response. However, I'm afraid I am non the wiser (excuse the pun!). Their last SPP was in June last year at 25c and the SP subsequently hit highs of 32c in July and August. Since then, despite a brief rally to 30c in October the SP has fallen consistently. There has been nothing but good news in the quarterlies (despite some differing opinions about the cash spent on the Olympic advertising): revenues have gone up, loan book has increased significantly and the future looks bright. Yet down she goes. As for management not clear about creating SH value, I personally found that the Annual Report and the AGM presentation very clear about where this company was heading. I can only think that global events have had an impact on the company, but to me, everything looks good. Perhaps I should stop pondering and engage the Buffett strategy of buying against the tide of selling? If it hits your 15.5c target then I'm in for more too!
