    DIG mentioned in their half year result last week that it intends to undertake a rights issue with details to follow over the coming weeks. It appears to be a pro-rata, non-renounceable rights issue fully underwritten by Co-Investor. The proceeds will be to pay off their $7m debt. Price and details not yet available.
