Interesting Nearmap can sustain valuation of $650M Enterprise Value with total revenue of $54M in FY18 and ARR of $67M, suggesting multiple of 9.7 x ARR(or ACV). Nearmap is still loss-making like Catapult, losing $11M in FY18 (Catapult had loss of $17M in FY18 as comparison).
Catapult had revenue of $76M in FY18 and ARR of $53.4M and targeting to reach at least $64M by FY19. Even at ARR of $53.4M last year and using 9.7 multiple, it should be trading at $488M Enterprise Valuation today, which suggests a share price of $2.88 today considering Catapult has cash of $32M.
Significantly undervalued in my opinion considering that the nature of the recurring revenues for these 2 companies are quite similar and both operating in the tech space.
But no matter what I say...it will still stay below $1.10..because the market is inefficient..
