I can't teach you how to interpret financial announcements, you weren't even on the call and here you are stating outrageous nonsense about Vector contribution to FY19 guidance.
If you bothered to just read CAT's 4 page 1H19 ASX releases you'd see, very clearly, they talk about Vector's features and a "pending" launch. That is it. No dates and no mention of contribution to FY19 guidance. Given 2H19 ends in 40 days and there hasn't even been a launch I am not sure why any person would think CAT is contributing Vector sales into its FY19 guidance.
CAT doesn't also disclose device sales.
I've heard CAT lost some of the deals because StatSports offered their devices for almost nothing, on multi-year trial free periods. Hence why StatSports doesn't record any revenues. Note CAT's client win rate is x6 than that of StatSports, CAT's teams also record lower levels of injury that StatSports. So your comments about data quality are unfounded.
